I especially appreciated her artist’s eye when she identified precisely the colour for the effect I had imagined but had difficulty describing. Before I met Kathryn, I had a discouraging search through thousands of paint samples. Soon after, we met at the work site and she said simply “your living room colour sample is on the mantle.” It was and I love it.
